Inspired by the lovely images of revamped T-shirts on Pinterest I decided to try and customize a couple of plain T-shirts. This was done the evening before we went on holiday so I wanted something that could be done quickly.
On the dark blue T-shirt I used a crochet flower I made from the chart below.
For the lighter T-shirt I cut out one of the larger hearts from a piece of fabric I've had for ages and stitched it on to the T-shirt with a blanket stitch.
As an afterthought I added a very simple crochet edging in thin white crochet cotton.
I have one other project in mind for a favourite shirt of mine. I'll show it when it's done.
